Can the scooter be used on sand or steep slopes?
The scooter is built for off‑road paths, gravel and firm ground, but it is not recommended for loose sand or very steep slopes. Riding on sand can reduce traction and strain the motor, while steep inclines may exceed the 150 kg load limit and affect stability. For best performance, stick to firm, well‑maintained surfaces on private property.
What is the warranty coverage for the motor and battery?
The scooter comes with a 1‑year warranty that covers any defects in the motor and battery under normal use on private property. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by water intrusion, improper charging, over‑loading, or unauthorized modifications. Keep your purchase receipt and register the scooter to claim warranty service if needed.
How do I fold and store the scooter when not in use?
