48V 250W Electric Bike with 16Ah Battery, 25 km/h Top Speed, 140 km Range, 150kg Load Capacity, 26x4.0 Tires
How do I charge the battery and how long does it take?
Charge the removable battery using the supplied charger in a dry indoor location. Connect the charger to a standard 220V outlet and plug it into the battery port. The battery will reach full charge in about 5.5 to 6 hours. For the first use, it is recommended to charge the battery for a full 10‑12 hours to balance the cells. Avoid over‑charging by disconnecting the charger once the indicator shows full.
Can I ride this electric bike on public roads?
No, this electric bike is designed for off‑road use only and is intended for private estates, gated communities, resort areas and closed‑course paths. It is not street‑legal and should not be ridden on public highways or main roads. Using it on private property ensures compliance with UAE regulations and keeps you safe.
What is the maximum load I can carry and how does it affect performance?
The bike supports a payload of up to 150 kg, which includes the rider and any additional gear. Carrying weight close to the maximum may reduce acceleration and slightly lower the top speed, but the motor and battery are engineered to handle this load safely. Always keep the total weight below the limit to maintain optimal braking performance and battery efficiency.
How do I maintain the brakes and tires for off‑road riding?
Inspect the hydraulic disc brakes before each ride, ensuring the pads are not worn and the fluid is at the correct level. Clean the rotors with a soft cloth to remove dust and debris. Check tire pressure weekly; the 26 x 4.0 inch tires should be inflated to the recommended psi printed on the sidewall. Replace tires if you notice cracks, excessive wear, or punctures, especially after riding on sand or rocky terrain.
Is the bike weather‑resistant and how should I store it?
The electric bike is water‑resistant but not fully waterproof. Keep the motor and battery away from direct water exposure, and wipe off any moisture after riding in rain or dew. Store the bike indoors, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, preferably in a shaded garage or a dedicated storage room. Cover it with a breathable cloth if stored for long periods to protect the finish.
