48V 500W 2-Seater Foldable Electric Bike with Disk Brakes and Ultra-Bright Headlight
How do I charge the battery safely?
Use the supplied charger and connect it to a standard 220‑V outlet. For the first charge, let the battery charge for 10‑12 hours. Subsequent charges should be limited to 5‑7 hours to avoid overcharging. Always charge in a dry, well‑ventilated area and never leave the battery unattended for extended periods. Avoid exposing the charger or battery to water or extreme temperatures.
What is the maximum load I can carry?
The bike is rated for a maximum load of 150 kg, which includes the weight of both riders and any cargo. Exceeding this limit can affect handling, reduce battery range, and cause premature wear on the suspension and tires. For grocery delivery, keep the total weight within the specified limit to maintain optimal performance and safety.
Can I use this bike on public roads?
No. This electric bike is designed strictly for off‑road use on private property, gated communities, resort grounds and golf courses. It is not street‑legal and must not be ridden on public highways or any public roadways. Using it only on permitted private areas ensures compliance with UAE regulations and keeps you safe.
How often should I perform maintenance?
Inspect the bike after every 100 km of use or at least once a month. Check tire pressure, brake pads, and the condition of the alloy rims. Clean the frame with a damp cloth and make sure the headlight lenses are clear. Recharge the battery before it drops below 20 % and store the bike in a cool, dry place when not in use. Regular checks will extend the lifespan of both the battery and mechanical components.
Is the bike suitable for rough terrain?
Yes, the bike features a carbon alloy frame with a suspension fork and robust 20" x 2.5" tires that handle uneven surfaces, gravel paths and mild off‑road conditions found on private estates or golf courses. While it can manage rough terrain, avoid steep slopes, sand, or slippery surfaces, and always stay within the 150 kg weight limit to ensure safe and stable operation.
