48V 750W Electric Fat Bike with 13Ah Removable Battery, 25 km/h Speed, 20x4.0 Fat Tires, Shimano 7-Gear
How do I charge the battery and how long does it take?
Plug the supplied charger into a standard 220V outlet and connect it to the battery port on the bike. The battery will reach a full charge in about 5 hours under normal conditions. For the first use, it is recommended to charge the battery for 10‑12 hours, then follow regular 5‑hour charging cycles to maintain battery health.
What maintenance is required for the fat tires and brakes?
Check tire pressure before each ride and inflate to the recommended level for optimal grip on sand or gravel. Clean the tire tread with a damp cloth after riding in dusty environments to prevent abrasive wear. Inspect the disc brakes regularly; wipe the rotors with a clean cloth and replace brake pads if you notice reduced braking performance or unusual noises.
Can I ride this bike on public roads?
No. The electric fat bike is designed for off‑road use only and is intended for private estates, gated communities, golf courses and closed‑circuit trails. Riding on public roads or highways is not permitted and would violate local regulations. Use it only on designated private paths and recreational areas.
What is the payload capacity and how does rider weight affect performance?
The bike can safely carry up to 120 kg (264 lbs) including the rider and any additional gear. Staying within this limit ensures the motor delivers its rated torque and the battery provides the advertised range. Exceeding the payload may reduce top speed, climbing ability, and overall battery life.
How should I store the bike when not in use?
Store the bike indoors, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to protect the battery and frame. If you need to store it for several days, keep the battery charged to at least 50 percent to avoid deep discharge. Cover the bike with a breathable cloth to keep dust off while allowing air circulation, and disconnect the battery if you plan to store it for more than a month.
